Strandberg Associates writes and files via CERS Hazardous Materials Business Plans for our clients. The HMBP requires a site walk  to locate  and inventory hazardous materials on the property.  The site walk also evaluates storage locations and adequacy. The site walk gathers information and locations for fire extinguishers, sprinkelers, evacuation plans, first aid kits, utility shut offs, evacuation meeting locations and access roads to the site. Using the infomation  gathered, site maps are made showing the locations of the above. Inventory sheets are filled out, and an emergency response plan is written.  The plan is then sent to the client for review. Once accepted, it is filed on CERS. 

Strandberg Associates can  also perform the annual inventory updates on CERS .
